Since the book’s release in 1957 by Dr. Seuss, there has been a 1966 TV animated special directed by Chuck Jones and a 2000 live-action version starring Jim Carrey and directed by Ron Howard. Now there’s a new version for a whole new generation to enjoy: The Grinch.

All you have to know about this new take on a classic story is that there are new elements that have never been explored before but the story is the same: The Grinch (Benedict Cumberbatch) hates the town of Whoville and wants to steal their Christmas for himself.

With a cute story, funny humor, an incredible vocal performance by Cumberbatch as The Grinch and amazing animation, this new adaptation is one families will enjoy again and again.
